Silicate systems with technogenic raw materials as starting mixtures for the production of cement clinker have been studied. The features of the chemical and mineralogical composition of high-tonnage waste from the thermal power industry – fly ash and metallurgy – slag from the production of ferroalloys have been shown. Using the computer program "Clinker", calculations and analysis of the possible content of the studied waste in the initial raw material mixture based on the specified clinker characteristics were carried out. New compositions of raw material mixtures based on chalk-fly ash-slag systems with a total content of 24 wt.% of the specified wastes have been determined. The possibility of obtaining normal- and rapid-hardening cement of medium strength from such mixtures has been experimentally confirmed. At the same time, the relationship between the properties of cement and the characteristics of the clinker composition regarding the formation of crystalline phases of silicates and aluminoferritucalcium is shown.
